Why does my orders take up to 15 days to arrive?

Each piece is digitally manufactured specifically for your order, We do not mass-produce inventory, which helps reduce waste and allows us to maintain quality standards throughout production.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us at chaudsupport@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Currently, CHAUD ships within Malaysia only.

How long does shipping take?

Order typically arrive within 15 days from the date of purchase.

How can i track my order?

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Please contact us at chaudsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with evidence (photo/video) of the damage adn we will review your case.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns must ne requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to inspection.

How do i request a return?

Email us at chaudsupport@gmail.coom with youor order number and explanation for return request.

When will i receive my refund?

Approved refunds will be processed wihin 7 business days afer the returned item has been receivedand inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
