CHAUD specializes in digitally manufactured and made-to-order products.
All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided in good faith. However, slight variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, and appearance may occur due to the manufacturing process, display settings, photography, or material characteristics.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, services, pricing, and specifications at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete.
- You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
- Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
CHAUD reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.
4. Made-to-Order Production
Products sold by CHAUD are generally manufactured after an order has been placed.
Production begins after payment has been successfully received and verified.
As products are produced specifically for each customer, production and fulfillment times may vary.
Estimated production and shipping timeframes are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless otherwise required by law.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time. If a pricing error affects an order already placed, we may contact you regarding correction or cancellation of the order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
CHAUD currently ships within Malaysia only.
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines become the responsibility of the carrier.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Because many CHAUD products are manufactured specifically after an order is placed, cancellation, return, or refund eligibility may be limited once production has begun.

8. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account to access certain features of the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify CHAUD immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
