Each CHAUD piece is digitally manufactured specifically for your order. We do not mass-produce inventory, which helps reduce waste and allows us to maintain quality standards throughout production.

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Currently, CHAUD ships within Malaysia only.

Orders typically arrive within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
