This on-demand approach allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and ensure each item is created specifically for you.
Because nothing is pre-made, every order goes through a careful production and fulfillment process before it is shipped.
Production & Delivery Time
Each order follows a two-stage process:
- Production Time: 7–10 business days
- Shipping Time (Domestic): 2–5 business days
This results in a total estimated delivery time of up to 15 days from order confirmation to arrival at your doorstep.
We work to complete each order as efficiently as possible, but timing may vary slightly depending on production queue, order volume, or courier conditions.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may occasionally offer promotional free shipping for selected campaigns or regions.
Packaging
Each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
We use protective, reinforced materials designed specifically for fragile lighting products, while maintaining a clean and premium unboxing experience.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Delays & Responsibility
While we aim to meet the estimated 15-day delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier service disruptions
- Peak production or order volume
We appreciate your understanding in such cases and will always do our best to assist if delays occur.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes may not be possible once production has started.
